Illimitably Sky, Second Sight
Recently received a Canada Council Scriptwriting/Research grant to develop a new film, “Illimitably Sky”.
At the summit of Cerro Pachon in the Chilean Andes, far from haze and light pollution, the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope with its biggest digital camera in the world will survey the entire sky deeply as never before. My film will follow the creation and construction of LSST and interweave the stories of several characters who live in the Elqui valley just below.
What is it to see the stars?
Location: Chile and US.
“Second Sight” is still touring after more than three years. Recent screenings include: Cineteca Nacional, Mexico City. Upcoming: London, UK. (Details to follow)
